In a semi-barbaric kingdom, a king devised a unique method of justice where an accused person faced a choice between two doors: one leading to a fierce tiger and the other to a beautiful lady, resulting in either death or marriage. The king’s daughter secretly knew which door held the tiger and which held the lady, who was someone she despised. On the day of her lover’s trial, she signaled him to choose the door with the tiger, torn between jealousy and love. The story explores themes of fate, love, and the complexities of human emotions in the face of barbaric justice.
