Crab That Played With The Sea (1982)
The story revolves around a crab named Pama who initially refuses to obey the commands of the eldest magician who is organizing the roles of all creatures in the world. Pama’s disobedience causes chaos in the sea, leading to floods and destruction. The magician confronts Pama and offers a bargain: he will provide safety and food in exchange for Pama’s cooperation. Pama agrees to the terms, which include a hard shell for most of the year, and from that day forward, the moon controls the tides, ensuring balance in nature while Pama and his descendants learn to thrive.
