Say What You Mean (1958)

This film takes up language as the principal instrument of communication. Dramatizing events in the life of a member of college speech class, the film shows how to choose language that clearly states an idea, that is appropriate for the listener and is interesting and forceful. “Be your own listener–to be sure what you say is what you mean.”
