Not By Chance (1957)

A career guidance film. Traces the development of the academic
career of a prospective teacher. Dramatized episodes depict several
of the various important steps in a teacher training program. A
student is shown pursuing studies in both a major field and in
areas related to the teaching field. Student teachers are seen
developing proficiency in the teaching field by first observing a
professional teacher and then participating in a supervised
classroom teaching experience.
