King Rollo And The Balloons (1979)
King Rollo discovers three balloons in his drawer and asks Cook and a magician for help in blowing them up, but they are busy. After struggling, he successfully inflates a green balloon, which flies around the room and out the window. He continues to blow up a blue balloon and a long yellow one. Meanwhile, the magician is attempting to make a pie vanish. A loud bang draws their attention, and King Rolo claims he was practicing magic, stating he can make a balloon disappear.
