Jack And The Robbers (1974)
Narrates a folk tale from the Appalachian Mountain Range, where a boy named Jack, nicknamed Lazy Jack and Lucky Jack, embarks on an adventure after running away from home. He encounters various animals—a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster—who are also in distress and decide to join him. They find a house belonging to a gang of robbers, where they feast on stolen food. When the robbers return, the animals cleverly defend themselves, causing the robbers to flee. Jack discovers the robbers’ hidden treasure and returns home with the animals, ensuring they all live happily thereafter.
