The film “Death, Drugs And Walter” tells the tragic story of a 12-year-old boy named Walter who grew up in Harlem and ultimately died from a heroin overdose. Ultimately, after multiple attempts to escape from treatment facilities and a return to the streets, Walter succumbed to addiction, highlighting the dire circumstances faced by children in impoverished neighborhoods.
