
Fast Food: What’s In It For You? (1988)
The film follows a girl named Karen who feels pressured to lose weight and struggles with her unhealthy eating habits, often relying on junk food. Her younger brother Alex, who aspires to be taller for basketball, also indulges in unhealthy snacks. Through their interactions with Derek, a fast-food restaurant assistant manager, they learn about nutrition, the effects of fat and sugar on their bodies, and the importance of making healthier food choices without resorting to strict dieting.
