Witch Who Was Afraid Of Witches (1979)
Animated film. Wendy is a young, timid witch who feels belittled by her bossy older sisters, who constantly mock her lack of flying ability and magical power. After losing her broomstick on Halloween, she befriends a ghost who encourages her to believe in herself, helping her discover that she can fly and cast her own unique spells. Empowered by this newfound confidence, Wendy performs a bit of harmless mischief on her sisters to teach them humility before ultimately using her magic to help them regain their powers. The story concludes with the three sisters reconciled and heading to the woods together, with Wendy finally finding her place as a capable witch who is no longer afraid.
