Excerpt of a speech by John F. Kennedy introduces the film. Dramatizes a meeting between managers and a union representative, in which they discuss hiring employees with physical disabilities. They discuss what jobs can be performed by people with different handicaps, and what alterations may have to be made to the work area. Their conversation is interspersed with footage of examples.
